Gonzalez to Offer Tips on Jury Selection and Appealing to Multigenerational Jurors
CORAL GABLES, Fla. (Sept. 6, 2016) – Board certified trial attorney Ervin A. Gonzalez, a partner at the Coral Gables-based law firm Colson Hicks Eidson, will present at the Dade County Bar Associations’ Justice Thurgood Marshall Distinguished Lecture Series this Thursday, September 8, 2016.
Gonzalez, who has obtained 32 verdicts in excess of $1 million and has earned a reputation as one of the leading trial attorneys in Florida and the country, will offer tips on the jury selection process, including considerations and methods in presenting your case to baby boomers, generation X,Y and millennial jurors. Specifically, Gonzalez will discuss how each generation of juror differs; how your presentation should be formatted and delivered to appeal to each group; what messages and demonstrative aids work; how each group differs in critical thinking; and how to handle a multigenerational jury.
