Our Staff

We have highly dedicated and experienced paralegals who have spent many years with the firm. They are key members of the trial team and have several years of litigation experience.

Our paralegals have assisted members of the firm in dozens of jury trials. The varied experience of our paralegals includes handling the most document-intensive cases requiring database management. In addition, our paralegals have extensive experience preparing exhibits and demonstrative evidence to be used with the sophisticated courtroom technologies.

Because personal injury and wrongful death cases require detailed knowledge and understanding of medical issues, we employ an experienced full-time registered nurse. In addition to a comprehensive understanding of traumatic medicine, our nurse has access to the very best medical resources available in Florida and the nation. This means that complex medical issues, evidence, and records can be reviewed, evaluated and interpreted quickly and thoroughly. Our nurse also develops special medical models and illustrations that are used as evidence and for demonstration in the courtroom. She is responsible for coordinating the use of medical experts, specialists and academics who provide background information and courtroom testimony.

We also work with a dedicated and talented team of investigators. Our investigators work diligently to thoroughly explore and expose every aspect of a case.

Our offices are conveniently located for clients throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, Florida. We also serve clients nationwide and regularly travel to our clients’ homes and offices.
