Since winning Holl vs. Talcott, the first medical malpractice award in excess of $1 million in the United States more than 30 years ago, Colson Hicks Eidson has dedicated itself to handling a small number of significant professional malpractice cases each year resulting in numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.
