Are There Takata Airbags In Motorcycles?

Over 10 deaths and thousands of injuries have been linked to defective Takata airbag inflators, and now that the recall has been expanded to include over 65 million vehicles, it is far more likely that your car could have one of these devices in them. However, your car isn’t the only vehicle that could be affected by this recall. Are There Takata Airbags In Motorcycles? Honda is not only one of the largest auto manufacturers in the world, it is also one of the largest motorcycle manufacturers in the world. Such a large company is always on the edge of innovation, and so it’s not surprising that one of the manufacturer’s flagship motorcycles—the Honda Gold Wing—has innovations that no other bike on the market has. Unfortunately, this innovation has placed this motorcycle at the center of a controversy. It seems that many Honda Gold Wings manufactured from 2006-2010 have airbags…

What Caused the I-95 Crash That Killed Two Motorcyclists?

Sadly, a recent Pompano Beach traffic accident involving a Honda Accord and two Suzuki motorcycles claimed the lives of the riders and left the driver of the Accord seriously injured. Florida’s Laws on Motorcycle Injury Claims

Florida’s climate is great for motorcycle enthusiasts year round. Motorcycle riding is not only a popular form of recreation, but it has also become an alternative means of everyday transportation as people look for ways to save on escalating fuel costs. However, motorcycles are also extremely fast and sometimes difficult for automobile drivers to see. When there is a collision, the motorcycle and its rider usually end up in the worst condition. Physical injuries for motorcycle riders can be long-term and costly. There will also be expensive motorcycle repairs and lost time from work. Florida is a Comparative Fault state, which means financial liability is proportionate to fault. Road conditions, speed, driver fatigue, weather and alcohol or drugs are factors that will determine fault in a motorcycle accident claim. For injury claims, Florida does not require a permanent injury by the motorcycle rider. Protective gear such as helmets, gloves and…
