In addition to judicial clerkships, post-graduate honors and law school faculty positions, our Florida personal injury attorneys lecture to other trial lawyer groups in all fifty states and Canada. One firm member of our personal injury law firm served as a law clerk to Justice William H. Rehnquist, Supreme Court of the United States. Another firm member authored one of the leading textbooks in the area of products liability, including Defective Products: Evidence to Verdict and the two-volume treatise on trial practice, Florida Practice Guide, Personal Injury, published in 1997.
