Meet Florida Litigation Lawyer Denise H. Georges
Attorney Denise H. Georges was born to be a trial lawyer and advocate for those without a voice. Prior to joining the firm in April 2016, Denise was an Assistant State Attorney for Miami-Dade County for 8 years. Denise developed a valuable skill set in victim advocacy and tried over 40 jury trials to verdict and over 50 bench trials as an ASA. In addition, as a Felony Division Chief, Denise tried a multitude of cases including murder and DUI manslaughter.
In 2016, Ms. Georges was recognized by the Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and received the Prosecution of Excellence Award for her diligence and handling of high-profile cases.
Since joining Colson Hicks Eidson, Denise has continued to represent those who have fallen victim to negligence and catastrophically injured as a result. Denise advocates for her clients across the country and has negotiated substantial settlements to make a difference in her clients’ lives.
Ms. Georges attended Pennsylvania State University where she graduated with a B.S. in Crime, Law and Justice and a minor in Sociology. Ms. Georges also received her Juris Doctor from the Widener University of Law. Ms. Georges is licensed to practice law in Florida. As a Syrian-American, she speaks Arabic fluently.
