Former Assistant United States Attorney Joins Colson Hicks Eidson

MIAMI (June 14, 2001) — The Law Firm of Colson Hicks Eidson today announced that Susan Tarbe— a well respected trial lawyer with almost twenty years experience, including 11 years as an Assistant United States Attorney—has joined the prestigious trial law firm as its newest partner.

Tarbe—formerly of counsel with Greenberg Traurig—will continue her practice in the areas of complex business litigation, white collar criminal defense with emphasis in healthcare fraud and financial investigations, health care law, and internal corporate investigations.

Tarbe has represented public companies in healthcare fraud investigations and has prosecuted significant healthcare cases throughout her career. She is a former law clerk for the Honorable William M. Hoeveler, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is also a cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where she was Executive Editor of the Law Review. In addition, Tarbe, a frequent lecturer in her field, is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.
