“It’s a great honor to represent the thousands of ATLA lawyers across the U. ATLA—founded in 1946 and based in Washington, D.C.—is a broad-based, international coalition of attorneys, law professors, paralegals and law students dedicated to promoting justice and fairness for injured persons, safeguarding victims’ rights, and strengthening the civil justice system through education and disclosure of information critical to public health and safety.
In addition, Eidson is a Diplomat of the American Board of Trial Advocates and has served as President of its Miami Chapter. He is a founding member and past Chairman of the Institute for Injury Reduction, a national organization dedicated to the reduction of injuries caused by defective products, and serves on the Board of the Attorneys Information Exchange Group and Trial Lawyers for Public Justice.
