When doctors fail to provide a reasonable standard of care, they deserve to be held accountable for the pain and loss caused by their mistakes. Contact our lawyers if you are hurting or missing work because your hospital failed to provide safe care for you.
I had the privilege of representing a young lady who was injected with a dye that was not supposed to be injected in her spine. It was used improperly during a spinal surgery. Unfortunately, she developed a progressive disease that caused her slowly to lose control of her bowels, her bladder, major portions of her body, to become unable to get out of her own bed. Ultimately, she lived out her life bed-ridden.
Through our work, we were able to secure a significant verdict for her and for her family, which ultimately helped her develop some sense and ability to make her life and her surroundings better and more comfortable for her.
