Well, it depends on the type of case. Obviously, in a trucking case, we would use an accident reconstruction expert for liability purposes. For damages, we would use an economist. We might use a rehabilitation expert, depending on the nature of the injuries. In medical negligence cases, we’re required by law to have our case reviewed by a medical specialist in the same field that we intend to bring a claim against or investigating a claim against.
