When people come here, we make sure that they have the right personality, they’re going to fit into our firm, and most of the lawyers here have been here for most of their careers. Very few people ever leave our firm. So we’re very, very careful in the first decision we make. People may leave here to be judges; to be a U.S. attorney. We have people that have worked for the United States Attorney’s office. State Attorney’s Office – handle criminal cases, and come back here. So we want to make sure that they have the qualifications first. The temperament. Then we want to mentor those people, so that we take our experience, I’ve been doing this for a long time, and pass that along to the next generation and work side by side with those people to make sure that the work that they provide is the absolute best. What we promise you when you walk in the door, is that you’re going to get the best representation you can get here. As good as anybody else, no matter how much money they’ve got, we don’t take a back seat to any law firm anywhere else in the country or to any defendant. Ford Motor company for example is not going to outspend us. Their lawyers are not going to do a better job than we are. So we get people that are competitive. We make sure that they go to training sessions, organizations around the country teach trial lawyers how to present evidence in court, make arguments, continuing legal education in our specialty which is trial practice. And that’s all that we do. We don’t do bankruptcy. We don’t do property transactions. We don’t draw up contracts. We do trial practice. Contact our lawyers at 305-476-7400.
